Annual Report: The Impact Of Ekkono Identity On Albirex Niigata

Recently, we have finished our first season of collaboration at Albirex Niigata with a clear objective: Make the Albirex Niigata Academy the one with the highest production of professional players in the region and with the best coaches.

In the report presented to the club, we show you all the actions carried out jointly within each of the pillars of Ekkono Identity, as well as the achievements and proposed next steps of each of these actions.

The main focuses of the project were:

Construction of a unified playing model.
Definition of a training plan based on age groups.
Creation of an “Elite Group” focused on the best players at the academy.
Standardization of the training method.
