FIFA presents the report on the development of young players in Thailand

December 22, 2021

In early December, the Football Association of Thailand (together with its technical director, Carles Romagosa), visited the FIFA headquarters in Zurich (Switzerland) together with officials from the Thai government.

The reason for the invitation, was none other than to analyze the conclusions and validate the analysis carried out by FIFA on Thai football, as part of the “Global Report on Talent Development” plan.

The report, which was developed over a period of twelve months by FIFA specialists, is based on the collection of data on the structure and resources used by the Thai Football Association for the development of young players.

The main conclusion of the report is that FIFA, together with the vital participation of the Thai Government, will support the Football Association of Thailand in the implementation of the plan over the next few years, with the main objective of continuing to promote the development of the country, using football as a transformational tool.
